The conditions we work on, stated before you ask. Everything below is confirmed in writing on each quote — this page is the framework, the quote is the contract.
Commercial conditions

| Minimum order | Set by the part, packaging and route. Small test lines and consolidated volume orders are assessed separately. |
| Pricing | Wholesale and confirmed per quote. Each line is priced against its specification, quantity and supply condition. |
| Quote validity | Stated on each quote. Component and freight markets move; we say for how long a price holds rather than leave it open. |
| Payment | Bank transfer, with deposit and balance on terms agreed per order. Payment instructions are issued only on our own invoice. |
| Currency | Quoted in US dollars unless you ask otherwise. |
| Lead time | Stated per line in the quote — stock lines and production lines are shown separately, never averaged into one date. |
| Shipping | Air or sea, consolidated into a single consignment, delivered to your city. Lithium consignments quoted with transport mode and documentation stated up front. |
| Warranty | Manufacturer warranty on supplied components. Claims are handled by us — you deal with one counterparty. |
| Claims | Shortages and transit damage raised against the pre-shipment photo record and packing list. Report on arrival, with photographs, and we open the case. |
| Documents | Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and transport documents supplied with every shipment. |
Terms improve with the volume you run
Terms are confirmed on each quote and reflect the actual line mix, quantities and reorder pattern.

Before you send a list
Can you ship to my country?
Yes. Send the destination city and we quote the route, transport mode and documents for that shipment.
How do I get the right part?
Send the vehicle model or a photo of the part. Every line is quoted to its specification.
Can I order a single item?
Yes for most lines. Very small orders make sense by air alongside a larger consignment; we will tell you when waiting for consolidation saves you more than it costs.
Who handles a warranty claim?
We do. You raise it with us and we carry it through.
What does a quote include?
A price for each line by quantity, the lead time for each line, the delivery route and mode to your city, and how long the prices hold.
