How we work

From parts list to delivery plan

A practical sequence for sourcing, specification, inspection and freight — with each handover visible before the order is released.

STEP 01

Send your list

The vehicles you run, the parts and quantities you need, and the delivery city.

STEP 02

We quote

The parts to your specification, priced line by line with a lead time against each.

STEP 03

You review

Price, specification, route and terms in one document.

STEP 04

We ship

Consolidated freight and customs arranged end to end — factory to your city, tracked through to delivery.

01 — Sourcing

We buy where the part is made

At the plant, not through traders

Parts come direct from the manufacturers: a shorter route to your warehouse and a clear price per line.

Agreed at the source

Price and specification are agreed with the plant directly, not relayed through a sales office.

Continuity of supply

Critical lines — batteries, controllers, brakes — are available for repeat orders, so your vehicles stay on the road.

02 — Specification

Exact specification, line by line

Every line is ordered against a written specification, not a description: the right revision, the right connector, the right winding.

What is specified
StageWhat happens
DatasheetElectrical and mechanical parameters agreed in writing with the plant: voltage, capacity, winding, connector, tolerances.
SampleWhere the line justifies it, a sample is supplied and fitted to your vehicle before the production order is released.
MarkingsLabelling, operator branding and packaging agreed up front, including anything your customs authority expects to see.
03 — Quality control

Checked while it can still be corrected

Quality is controlled at the factory, not at your depot after the container is opened. A defect found on the line is a rework; the same defect found at your dock is a season of downtime and a claim nobody wants to argue.

BEFORE

Pre-production

Materials, components and line readiness checked before the run starts — the cheapest place to catch a problem.

DURING

In production

Sampling during the run against the agreed datasheet, so a drifting process is caught mid-batch rather than at the end.

AFTER

Pre-shipment

Final inspection, count and packing check before the container is sealed, with a photo record supplied to you.

04 — Freight and customs

One order, one invoice, one shipment

Parts from several plants are consolidated into a single consignment, so you clear customs once and reconcile one set of paperwork.

Freight
ElementHow it is handled
ModeAir for urgent and light lines, sea for volume. Quoted both ways where the choice is genuinely open.
ConsolidationMultiple suppliers combined into one shipment, packed and manifested as a single consignment.
DocumentsInvoice, packing list, certificates of origin and any transport documentation prepared with the shipment.
LithiumBattery consignments quoted with the transport mode, packaging class and documentation stated up front.
DeliveryTo your city; door delivery and customs handling arranged where your terms call for it.
TrackingStatus reported through to delivery, on whichever channel you already use — email or WhatsApp.

Commercial conditions — minimum order, payment, lead times, warranty — are set out on the terms page.

Start with a working list

Send the lines that are due for replacement and the delivery city. You get prices, lead times and terms line by line.
